離職後的第一天,頹廢一整個白天,晚上打算去螺店Quan Oc吃喝一下,今天去了別家店,因為週末的關係,平常喜歡去的那家店,竟然已經賣光了.
今天點了血蛤So huyet,風螺,螃蟹腳,So Duong,而且全部用烤的.
血蛤顧名思義,生的打開裏面的體液是血紅色的,老實說,吃起來也帶點血腥味.

價錢比的上一個蠔,約台幣30~

切成一塊塊,再加蔥油去烤,最後灑上碎花生,蠻鮮甜的,也Q.
這是沾料,蔥油+花生+魚露~
